Tractor Gun Rack

When I had the 4310 I would put a little 4 5/8" Ruger Single-Six in the fender tool (glove?) box, in a holster, whenever I was going into the woods to cut wood or whatever. Now that I have a cab tractor I am wanting to be able to carry a rifle for coyotes or hogs. I was wondering if any of you have come up with a gun rack that keeps your gun from bouncing around and getting beat up.

Check out gun boots, made for atvs but should be adaptable.

I like that. Sort of looks like what we had in the patrol cars. I don't have the bar that you have there to mount that to. I'll have to look into that and see if there is another option for mounting. Thanks.

The "V" mounts come in a lot of options and are very stable ( and convenient ). I have carried a 223, 10-22 & 12 ga at different times with no problems.

I just went to the local store and looked around till I found something that would fit. Scheelds is a chain store.
