You may wish to check with these folks. I had an umbrella policy with them that covered my house, the barn's, our horse operation, equipment, supplies, but my not wife's Explorer. My Dodge though used for both farm and personal use at the time cost about 275 a year for complete coverage with 250 deductable. One possible drawback is that they require every piece of farm equipment on or off road to be listed though the cost was again, minimal. It has been three years since I dropped them only due to relocation outside of their coverage area so things may have changed. Can I buy some kind of insurance for my tractor like auto insurance? For what I paid I would like some piece of mind should something happen. Thanks for your replies.
Homeowner policies have a limit of coverage, something to check very closely, mine is 5000.$, it is ok for my riding lawnmower, but not for my tractor.
Also a limit on H.P. on liability section.
Dont assume it's covered ,check your policy under "special limit" section.
