yes there is a hyd filter.. as memory serves me it is under the right running board. fuel filter should be replaced.. just follow the line from the tank.. somewhere befor ethe injector pump will be a filter housing. OR check yer parts manual.. it will show you.
UTF stands for universal tractor fluid.. some call it transdraulic fluid. it is a multi-purpose fluid for use in your tractors tranny, diffy, final drives, front axle, power steering and hyds... pretty much goes in every hole but the crankcase.
check the manufacturers specs onthe coolant.. the bottle will tell you how long it is good for.
tire pressure.. well, the tire likely gives you the max pressure allowed, and the manual may specify a pressure.. but most of us inflate the tire till sidewall deflection looks good and the tire is not squatted under normal load, though not exceeding burst pressur eonthe tire.. etc.
