Buying Advice Tractor Pricing/deals

OK got some quotes today:
Bobcat CT440/9TL loader with quick tach and R4's..$22282 cash-25932-credit +tax.
Bobcat CT445/9TL loader with quick tach 1 remote R4's $24187-27837 fin. + tax.
T433 LT500 R4's 24450 fin. - 22450 cash
Could Someone please give me some advice on what I should be paying.I am in the Des Moines ,Iowa area.

Foton from another dealer:504 koker 190 6' $19,800
Foton 404 koyker 190 $20,500

Another foton dealer $16,800 westendorf 160 loader.

I need advise,Please.Looking to load up and pull trigger next week. My ole Oliver 77 gave out and my little ford 1700 needs help.

I would not want the problems some of the guys have with the chinese tractors. Read some of the repairs these owners have had to perform with low hrs on the tractor. Some of the specs are not real close when they ( Chinese ) put these tractors together. Steel Gears don't seem to be hardened the way others makes are
