ed pork bbq machine. New design on a smoker. Has lid on top that can open like a regular pit, but I leave it closed. It has a handle that you pull for rack to slide out, then door closes to keep in heat and smoke while you check your meat. On firebox end, a couple of options. You can pull out plate and cook with wood, and warm a pan of beans, etc, on top. Or you can raise top of firebox and grill on grate, you can leave metal plate in place, put in charcoal and grill if you don't want to fill firebox with wood. It has a handle you can pull to release bottom of firebox to dump ashes. Works like a champ. Air control is with star on top of smokestack, screws up and down, and round plate on firebox screws in and out.
