Well there are only so many axle and transmission manufacturers. The component manufacturer is not going to release anything more than the promotional documents about how great their q/a program is unless you are buying from them.
Manufacturers of tractors sometimes detail their testing but it is hard to get wind of it. You will see articles regarding how many hours they put on prototypes, and the different climates they tested the machine in. SAE has some standards and papers on this if you are interested in the engineering details.
As far as axles, Dana, Carrera, ZF are the big suppliers of front axles. Rear assemblies I'm not sure but they are shared across many platforms. They are stacked combos of several components. Clutch/reverser, main box, range box, rear end and pto. The powershift boxs are more integrated, can't swap out pieces the same.
