Ok, so I parked this JCB 208s a few years back and never got around to using it again. Now I can't get it to start.
I think it got water in the injector pump and injectors because when I drained the fuel it was like 50/50 water and diesel.
Do I have to replace them? Never had this issue before and have never replaced injectors.

I made a video of it if that helps, but you don't need to watch it: WILL IT START? WILL IT RUN? FAIL? Skid steer sitting for years - YouTube

I am pretty sure its water in the injector pump and injectors. Can I bleed them? Just remove and clean?

I test drove one of those a number of years back. I would prefer it non running. That Perkins gave me a wicked headache! Other than that, pretty cool machine.

If there was water in the fuel tank, it really shouldn't have made it's way into the injector pump. Is there a water seperator?

Does it crank good and fast?
Is there a fuel shutoff solenoid or is it a manual knob?
If it cranks, does it smoke to indicate it's getting fuel?
Is there a engine driven or electric lift pump? Is it delivering fuel to the injector pump or filters before that? Electric is much easier to troubleshoot.
Does it have glow plugs? Are they working?

It's all old school. Really, you should have put a battery to it and and it should have started, or at least tried to. Water or not.

I got a battery in it, and it turned over but never fired it seems. It did not turn over quickly so I am going to get a stronger better and try again.

I could not find a fuel shutoff anywhere. It does not smoke. The lift pump is electric and is working. It does have glow plugs but not sure they are working.

I am going to try to pull the injectors and glow plugs next time I am out there and see if that helps. Anything I should look for on them? Never pulled either one before.

They would be the LAST thing I would touch.

I would progress as if bleeding the fuel system. Work your way from the lift pump, getting fuel at every step.

You MUST find out how the fuel is shut off on that machine though. Either an electric solenoid on the injector pump or a cable operated push/pull knob. It won't start if the pump is shut off.
EDIT: Just did some digging. Apparently has an internal operating solenoid, so you probably can't see anything moving externally, but you should hear it click when turning the key on and off.

If it's not smoking, trying to start, it isn't getting fuel. At that point I would say, It has absolutely nothing to do with the Injectors.

If you get it smoking, but it won't start, maybe your glow plugs are not working. How warm/cold is it there?

Hopefully you drained and cleaned the tank followed by fresh fuel. Follow the instruction manual for bleeding the system. If you can't get fuel to flow it won't run. Check the voltage on the glow plugs with a voltmeter when they're energized. It should read about 10.5 volts. They should get hot enough to burn you if you touch them when activated. Be sure you have good airflow through the air cleaner and to the intake manifold.
