You are so right. I went up the road this morning about a mile to a place where I am cutting the tops of trees the loggers left on a friends property. I have a Farmi winch on the back of the Kubota that works good for gathering up the leftovers. The sound of the diesel and the feel of the chainsaw is like medicine for the soul.
After about 4 hours my wife showed up to let me know there are more important things to do at home, some times they just don't understand.
I don't know if you have seen those "Soup" books, Soup for the Housewife, Soup for the Teenager, ect. Some one ought to write one about tractors and dirt work.
