Tractor Supply type stores in Southern Maryland

I'm pretty new to the tractor users world, and I was wondering if anyone knows of a Tractor Supply type of store in the Southern Maryland, DC area?

I know where most of the tractor dealers are but that's about it. I live in St. Mary's county which isn't on the way to anywhere. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Is it something you need that would have to come from a TSC store? I have 2 within 10 minutes of my house...and i get about halfway to your neck of the woods on weekdays...

I used to go to the one in Westminster, MD quite often. Not real close, but you can take 95N, then 695W, then 795W to 140N to the store on the Right, just before the new BJ's.

It's about 1.5hrs from DC, if not rush hour traffic. Pretty straight shot, even thought it's a distance.

I live in Bowie, MD and the closest to me is the TSC in Mt Airey. Takes me 45min to get there... Dont bother w/ Gateway, they are always high on price and dont stock anything.

I buy most things online from Northern Tool and Harbor Freight but I do enjoy the occasional Saturday trip to TSC!! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Mt. AIry is a bit closer to you than Westminster (and a bit nicer store too, IMHO)...plus its about 1 mile off Route 70...

Just for reference, i live about 10 mins north of Mt Airy, and it took me 90 mins to get to Budds Creek, and that was hauling a trailer with two quads and a dirt bike...

make the trip sometime, you'll be glad you did! Remember when you were a kid and went to Toys-R-Us? same feeling there as you and TSC today! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Thanks again for all the helpful replies, I'm definitely going to try to get to some of the stores, probably Mt. Airey first.

Make sure you bring a lot of $$$$, fun shopping at TSC. None in NJ , BUT when on vacation make it a point to stop by and take a look, a lot of neat stuff to be sure. I am sure if I had one closer it would be a regular stop like Lowes and Home Depot are.
