Tractor tire size equivalents?

Anyone know a site that gives the ag/turf tire size equivalents, particularly for as small as 8"?

Are ag tires measured the same? For instance, my turf tires are 16x6.5-8, which are 16" O.D. and 6.5" wide on 8" rims. I somehow get the idea that ag tires might be measured at the base of the lugs.

I believe ag tires, auto, and most other tires are measured at the rim diameter. An 8.5X24 tire would have 24" rims and a total diameter of approx. 41".
