Very Cool!! I'll have to show this picture at our next "old time farm fest" meeting. They currently have a "barrel train" for the kids, but this looks way better and will handle adults!

Very cool! Are those the Horrible Fright wagons? Mine has held up well for 3 years now...
Not this year but plans are in the works for haunted train rides next year. We do alot of activities on the farm and gearing up for that was too much this year.
I like yours also, the hay is always nice to use too

That would be great, these particular carts handle 2200 lbs including the cart and I have had them full of adults and they pull awesome. I am in the process of actually making canopies for them so it will end up being the pumpkin express.

Thanks, I really meant Harbor Freight though-just my stupid sense of humor. That's where I got my "kit" from but I can't find it on the site now...
Never thought about them for the running gear, These three I used northern tool but the ones I am working on now I am going to be build the running gear also. I was in a time crunch when those were in the works so that was why I bought them.
Do you take them out on rides often?

They are fun, but be careful. A farmer near me used to haul kids on a train like that, I've rode it before, but then someone slipped once and got ran over, then it became a line of lawyers.
I know what you mean, these have been actually inspected by the amusement ride board. Things can still happen and as the driver of the train I am always looking back and as they board I know where the little ones are and such. Thank you for your concern and it's nice to know people are looking out for one another still
