Europeans use their tractors so much more versified than we do. This has created a "need" that few of us here ever have. Their design has came to America, even in the large AG tractors. Most tractors sold in Europe have a 30mph or more top speed. They "road" their tractors a LOT.
I follow MetsaMan on YouTube. Last year he posted a video of himself hauling a trailer load of wood. The video is 30 minutes long, almost all on paved hiway with car traffic. Normal behavior in his Finnish world.

Another interesting one is the Merlo multifarmer. It's a 110-150hp (depending on model) 4-wheel drive Telehandler, with a PTO and 3 point on the back. They are more common in Canada than here, but you can get them on this side of the pond.

I ran across a picture of that tractor a while back and did some research. As you say, it's from eastern Europe possibly in a former communist country and I think it is now out of production. If you know the make of the tractor please provide it. I'd like to see whether I can find the information again.

The older ones are a Kharkov T-16. I don't know if they are making the new ones of that style I've seen photos of.

The HP range usually was around 19 to 35 HP. Air cooled two cylinder engines from MWM. The latest models were equipped with 4 cylinder Deutz engines. If I remember right, a friend of mine has even a 6 cylinder MAN under the cab. The cab could be tilted sideways for easy access.
Those tractors were discontinued a few years ago. Now somebody tries to reinvent the wheel.
