Trade a 2210 for a 2320.

I have a model 2210 with a MMM and FEL that I bought new in 2005. The dealer that I bought the tractor from has a used 2320 that he sold new in 2008 with a FEL that I would like to trade my 2210 for. Both tractors have less than 100 hours of use and both tractors have the same FEL(200CX). The 2320 does not have a MMM and I rarely use mine so I will not be replacing it. Both tractors and their accessories are in excellent condition. The reason that I want to change tractors is that I want position control. How much money do you think I would have to give the dealer to do the deal?

I don't know, but my dealer offered me about 4 grand less than I paid for my 2305 with mmm and fel and I've only put 35 hours on it and wanted me to pay asking price for the 2520 with fel I was looking at...I said I'll be d!@##@#$ FE#%%#

I think you will pay "deerly" for that position control.

It is not a swap to the dealer, it is a trade in on his tractor for sale. I suspect you will pay thousands for the trade. IMHO I would pass.

2210 is essentially the same as the 2305, but it's an older model so you'll probably get less than a comparable 2305.

I would guess you'd be looking at $3,500 to boot, keep your FEL and give your MMM to the dealer as part of the deal. Just an estimate...

If I recall, the mounting position between the 200cx on the 2305 or 2210 and the 2320 if different. I do not know this for sure, but you might wish to make sure of this before considering a trade. The 2320 is quite a bit more machine than the 2210, but you might reach a point where trading is just not worth the difference in money.
