Trade: Yanmar Tiller for 4\' brush hog

I would like to get a 4' brush hog for my 1401d. A good used one is all I need. I am willing to trade my Yanmar tiller for it or buy it. Thanks, Nick

TSC has a nice small 4ft bush hog. Either a wallace or King Kutter depending on if is a new or old store. The wallace are also on sale right now.

I might be interested in trading. I've got a 4' Kingkutter brushhog in very nice shape that I used for two years with my 1300D. Now that all my heavy brush is cut all I need is a finish mower. But where are you? My brushhog is in Northern California. And which model and size tiller do you have?

By the way I found that my 1300D had no trouble powering a 4' brushhog it was rather heavy for the machine. I had to put four suitcase weights on the front (when negotiating hilly country) and it was still a pretty heavy tail wagging a small dog.

The tiller is a Yanmar RS 1202 as best I can tell. The tines have been replaced and I have the mounting bracket (that bolts to the tractor) and the arm with wheel that most people told me to get rid of. It is in good shape. I live in Yacolt,WA (just North of Portland,OR). If interested maybe we could meet half way.... Let me know. Thanks, Nick

TSC is Tractor Supply Company - they are a general tractor equipment supplier. They sell small implements and lots of tractor hardware. They were a primary competitor of Central Tractor (in all of its manifestations like Quality Farm & Country, etc). The Quality Farm & Country stores in my area all closed, and some reopened as TSC. They sell mostly King Kutter brand mowers (finish and brush cutters).

Good question - I've noticed that a couple manuals mention 90# for my 2210D, but no reference to where to fill or how to fill and how to check level.
Thanks for the info - I can see the fill plug in the parts manual. Looks like it is under the fuel tank too. My steering is a little loose - I tried to adjust with the adjusting screw, but it gets too tight when I adjust all the play out of it. I backed off to where there is no drag, but have a bit of play.

I think I am after a somewhat larger tiller and one that uses a three point hitch rather than bolting on. Sorry the trade doesn't seem to work in this case but thanks for raising the possibility.
