Trailer air bags

If it only hits going in barn, make a smoother entry and if it hits all the time just lower the front a little and if that won't work get some lift blocks depending where your axle is to the spring

You could also lay boards down so that the trailer tires roll up on them raising the trailer as you back it in. I would not mess with the suspension. You will then have a trailer that is harder to load due it being higher plus the extra maintiance.

Anyone ever hear of putting air lift bags on a trailer?I need a little extra height backing the dovetail into the barn.

Maybe try to spread a few inches of 2A modified or concrete crusher run and make a driveway that gets rid of the jump-up into the barn.

It is very do-able depending on your skill level. I've seen many airbag set ups on semi's. I even have helper airbags on the rear of my class C motorhome.
I would go to a good motorhome/camper supply and see what they have in stock and how I could make it work as helpers to the springs.
You don't want to use riser blocks because they make drive on loading harder.
