I have a 7500# trailer. The concern I have is that I have noticed that it does not seem that there is room for full travel before the tires will rub the fenders. I just replaced the tires, same size but upgraded from C range to D. The tires do extended slightly outside the fenders. When fully loaded I cannot put my finger between the tire and fender, so when going over something they appear to rub the fender.

What should be the normal clearance? I am considering moving the fenders up higher for more clearance. I will post pictures when I get some.

What size tires are on it now? A 7500# trailer should have 205/75/15 or 14's. A 225 is usually too big and causes the issue you are having.

They are 205/75/15, same as the the ones I took off. Only difference is the load range, which I don't think should make a difference in size.

It looks like your axles are several inches too wide for your trailer frame.

Yours look like the same amount of clearance and bow legged as mine. I think your axles will hit the frame before you hit the fenders.

I have on one trailer taken an adjustable wrench and radiused the fender lip where there may be contact with the sidewall. If you do small bends at a time it looks pretty good.

or remove the fenders and space them out slightly, if they are not welded on
