Kubota B7500, New Holland LS45
Yesterday it was time to bring the tractors home from the country home for the winter. The trip is 110 miles but with the right equipment it is a comfortable ride. I usually make my first stop about 5 miles from the house to check the chains and then I check again in about 15 miles, if there was no movement it is time to sit back and roll along keeping an eye out for any trouble. I have to say, I am more concerned about deer crossing the road than other problems. I have a better chance catching a problem with traffic than the deer jumping out .

Solid looking set up Mike. I like how you've swung the hoe to the side. How far to the side does it sit? Nice looking trailer, a lot like mine /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The bucket is just within the wheel fenders.

I set the boom lock and I then cup the rear wheel on the New Holland with the bucket, the bucket teeth stay a few inches off the trailer deck. I have another scan of the setup from the other side of the trailer, I will post it tonight when I go home. The only extra work necessary is that in order get the Kubota snug to the New Holland I have to disconnect the vacuum blower from the mowing deck. That vacuum extends a good foot off the mower deck. If I didn't do that the 16' trailer would be too short. If I had it do over again I should have bought an 18 footer /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif.

I didn't even NOTICE the New Holland up front /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif!!!

Compared to the Kubota, it is almost small...looks as if you could almost drive it into the back of your truck.... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

What model is it?

Ooops! Guess I should have read your bio first.... Is the LS like a lawn tractor?

Yes, the LS is a garden tractor. Don't know if they still have them. Mine is 8 years old, never had a problem /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif, I pushed a lot of snow with a front blade on it too.

They still have them, and I thought they were really nice and packed full of extra features. The model at my NH dealer was fully loaded, but the TC18 I bought was only $1250 more, so I made the obvious choice! /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

The only other outfit with that blue and orange color scheme I know of is the Coast Guard, and they are heavier on the blue than the orange. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
