Can anyone tell me where the trans release/bypass lever is on an International Cub Cadet 782? My husband has been looking for 2 days to find it, so that he can push the mower onto a trailer. A friend of his has had it in his storage shed for 4 years and told him he can have it if he can get it moving.

It may not have one. If it did, it would be a lever on the trans/differential. Under the seat maybe.

I'd just winch it up with a come along. Put some 2x12's down and put somesheet metal under the tires. The tires grip the metal, but the metal slides on the wood. Especially if you oil the wood.

If it is like older Cub hydro痴 there is not one.
You can pull or push slowly for short distance without harm. KennyV.
