Transmission Fluid

Good evening all ! I am trying to find out what kind of fluid to put in the transmission. I think that it is hydraulic oil, and if so, is it the same as in the hyd. system? It is a 1967 Ford 4500 with a Select-O-Speed transmission . Thanks, Don

UTF fluid meeting the ford M2C134 spec. ( can get it jhust about anywhere.. most store brand fluids meet the spec.. walmart, tsc, etc.. )

Thank you Soundguy, and Greggn. That is good to know. I guess I will be able to take advantage of the sale at TSC on their X-Treme brand. I checked the man. out and it at least "meets" the ESN, M2C, 134B and C................Thanks again for your help, Don
