Ok, some monetary things are going to come together for me in about a week. I'm about one inch from trying to buy one of two flexwings.
Locally (20 miles) a guy has one that I put a picture of here. There is evidently one in Lexington, KY (3 1/2 hours away) who has one, brand new for about $3,000 LESS. Both seem to be the heavy duty variety.
The dude in Lexington said "no problem, just drive your F250 up and drive it back"

I hadn't thought of driving down I-75 with one and STILL think it's kind of a spooky thought (going through the mountains and all)
Then decided if I even THOUGHT about doing that, I need to call DOT to see what they have to say about it.
Then I figured I'd ask here to see just how silly (or common?) of an idea that might be.
If it matters, the unit has the aircraft tires.
Any thoughts on this ?
