Trolling to posting - First tractor🤞🤗

I've been following your comments as I research my first tractor purchase. I'm at a life transition and anticipate moving from a rural house and 3 1/2 acres in the woods. We anticipate purchasing 15-30 wooded or partially wooded acres to build a house and shed on.

I anticipate needing a tractor for bush hogging, clearing and maintaining log trails, building and maintaining driveways, grinding stumps, building fences and general lifting and cleaning. It will be used in the yard to landscape as well. I'll be far enough south not to use it for snow removal.

I am really leaning toward a Yanmar YT359C. But I would consider the right used deal on a Kubota L6060, L5460 or M6060. Gotta have a cab, 4x4, hydrostatic tranny and FEL up front. Attachments can come as needed.

I feel like any of those tractors will fit me and my needs. I will have a Yammar dealer 19 miles away and another 35 miles away. I will also have three Kubota dealers within 30 miles, the closest 10 miles away.

Your wisdom is appreciated.

Welcome to TBN, where spending other people's money is a hobby and past time....lol...
probably obvious but will state it anyway.
If you have your land picked out already and walked it down, it will take several walk abouts to visualize what you would like to do and with what tools.
Even then it's just a starting point and will evolve as exposure to your land reveals new details of what and how those projects unfold.
While doing that test drive all the models, maybe considering dong that at each at each dealership.
You will find that one dealership where you will feel welcomed and comfortable dealing with sales and service folks.
After all it will be a long term relationship. This is the fun part.

You certainly will have enough machine with the models stated to get most anything done, especially the unforeseen.
