Yes, there is not much sun in Northeast, especially in central New York.. yesterday it was sunny about 50% of the day, but with a temperature of 14 degrees, it was not sunny enough.
Well, it was an idea.. but the lack of insulation makes it a losing battle. The radiant heating is something I've always like, at least the idea of it. I could heat the fluid with solar power, but its a lot of tubing.. It would take a lot of pumping too, I'm thinking.
