Hi I have a Massey Ferguson 35 and am having trouble getting the three point hitch to work,it sounds like the hydrolic pump is trying to work, but not sure if I maybe have the controls in the wrong setting/place  , so if anyone knows what position to put everything in that would be of great help. :dance1:

Do you have a dirverter valve or two handle auxiliary valve on top of the transmission case in front of the seat between your legs? If you have an auxiliary valve, try pulling the left hand lever toward the seat and lock it into the detent. try operating the three point levers pulling both back, it should raise and then push the levers forward and the arms should go down. If you have a divirter valve try moving the spool to the other location. Other than that we will need more info or pictures to help.

Welcome GT to TractorByNet. If you don't have an auxiliary control with levers between your legs just in front of the seat, then you may have the lift controls in the wrong position. There are two. The 35 is very similar to the 135. The inner lever position or lift. Up is Up. Forward or Down is Down which controls the lift arms. The outside lever is usually left alone unless your pulling a plow or other earth implements. All the way to the top is constant pumping. Back it down a bit. The inside lever should lower the arms if it's working properly. There may be a draft response lever on the right side behind your right foot. This sets responses of the lift to fast or slow. It may be in the slow position. Move it to fast. -kid
