Trouble starting my john Deere 111

I'm having trouble starting my JD 111. The batterie is good and I can jump start the starter and it will start the engine but when I try starting it as normal I get no reaction at all. I replaced the solinoid and made sure the ground was good. Is there any fuses in this electrail system? I didnt see any when I looked.when I jump start the starter I still turn the key to start so I didn't think it would be the switch could I be wrong ? Any help would be great thanks
