hey guys have a cub cadet 109,having problems determining wheter the hydrostatic transmission has internal problems or needs some linkige adjusments. it wants to lug forward when its in nuetral and it pulls on the motor and kills it took the fender off and wondreing if the problem lies in these parts called spring damper light and heavy,they look a little wore along with the plate they lie in,not even sure how that part works,just sets in there and will rattle,cant get it work now
