Here are the facts of my 716B **** !

I picked up a used 716B Snow Blower for my '94 / '95 NH-1716. (I also have a
#7108 series FEL) The owners manual for the 716 is dated '98, so the SB is at least that old or newer. My problem is getting the spout (chute) to rotate
right and left with the correct joy-stick move. With the hydro lines of the
hydro motor hooked up to the spool (bucket rotate spool) that is activated by side-to-side motion of the joy stick, I get rotation of the spout in only one direction of the stick and no movement in the other direction of the stick. Swapping the lines I get the rotations in the opposite direction.
The hydro lines of the lift cylinder on the SB are hooked up to the spool
that is activated by fore & aft motion (raise & lowering of the FEL) of the joy stick. This works as it's supposed to.
The only way that I will get both operations working is hooking up the hydro
lines so the fore & aft spool runs the chute hydro motor and the side-to-side
spool runs the lift cylinder. Completely bass ackwards and dangerous.
I was told by a member on this forum I needed a Non-Regenerating valve spool. So I got one and it's the same as the spool thats already in the 2-spool Zexel control unit that I have now.

HELP!!

Notes: The FEL hydraulics run correctly on the tractor. / The valve unit is
a Zexel. / I believe this 716B was made to be used on a NH - Boomer series
tractor.
