I am a firm believer in Befco as you all have read. I have just gotten an email from a person from the forums who said that I should have had more expierence with my Befco products before I go around telling people they are good. I have had a befco product for almost 8 years. This is my 2nd finish mower by befco. I have only used this one for about 10 hours and have had no problems out of it. My old one was a 6ft that we bought in 1994. It was a very good mower. I had seen it mow 2ft tall grass on vacant lots. Never had a problem out of it. I was just wondering who on the forums has had trouble with their befco products? Who hasn't had trouble with their Befco products and is very satisfied with them?

Thanks,
Knowles

TBN is about sharing information and experiences with all things tractor related. There's no minimum experience requirement for posting opinions. Most people indicate in their posts how long they've been using an attachment, for example, when they share their experiences whether good or bad. If they do not, then other TBNers will ask.

Instead of telling you not to post until you've had more experience, which hardly exhibits the spirit of TBN, they should have simply asked you what your experience was instead of assuming you didn't have any or enough.

Maybe you should change your name to TractorPro. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Then all the old f**ts (like me) will respect your opinion. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif Are you truly a teenager, or do you have umpteen years experience on tractors? It sounds like maybe both?

I had gotten this Befco 12’ mower for a friend a few summers back… He loves it!

Not one problem… like a timex watch… just keeps ticking and working… /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I've had a BEFCO 72" finish mower for three years and have never had any trouble with it. Change the oil, lube it, and sharpen the blades it seems to work just fine all the time.

well, i am not a teenager! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif and have had a few different rfm's and other implements and i will tell u that my current mower BEFCO, is one of the heaviest and well built units i have seen. i personally don't care if u used it one time and want to share what u think after that one use, then it is well received by me. if after further use u change your opinion, that is welcomed also. THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH YOUTH IS I DON'T HAVE IT /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
