Troy-Bilt convert to electric start?

I have an old mid 1970's Troy-Bilt Horse Tiller with the 6HP Tecumseh HH-60 engine. I know at the time this same engine was available in electric start. Can I convert my manual pull engine to electric start? I know I will need among other items an electric starter. Will my engine accept an electric starter or does my engine lack the teeth to engage the starter?
