I found this tiller by my barn this morning (... after bringing it home from an auction yesterday heh heh).
It's really tough to find used implements in my area, stuff is either an ancient wreck or it's brand new. Saw this on an auction site and went for it.
It's a monster, completely unused.
Appears to be Cat 1 / Cat 2.
I've ... never used a 3pt tiller. I'm guessing I should drain the old oil, if any, that's in the gear box on top and the thing on the side (not sure if chain drive or gear) - or should I just top off what's there if any? Should I use 80w-90 gear oil?

The legs with smashed wheels are amusing. Is the unit supposed to have skids to adjust depth?

Thanks for any info.

Looks like a gear drive tiller. Drain and refill the gearbox and the gear drive cover. Both should have a low point drain, another drain about 1/4 way up, and the fill plug on top. Drain the low points, then reinstall. Then remove the mid and top plugs. Fill with gear oil until it starts to run out of the middle plug.

There should be skid shoes, but they don’t do much in practice. You set the height with the three point. Those legs are just parking stands to wheel it around the shop. They get removed or flipped over for use.

Oops.. I just saw the shoes zip tied to the top. There should have multiple height locations, but they will only work on your first pass in hard dirt. On second and subsequent passes, they aren’t big enough to stay on top and the tiller will go deeper than it did on the first pass without changing the position of the skids.
