Trying to sign up - No Admin/Moderator response

My brother is trying to sign up for TBN so that he can do the things reserved for registered users. When he signed up, he had some spam filter issues with a new ISP, and never received his confirmation email. He has tried several things, but still never been able to complete his registration.

I have sent PM on his behalf to both Muhammed and Hakim as Admins/Mods and received no response.

Anyone have any advice on how to actually get some support to get the problem corrected?

When I signed up it took me like 6 days before I got accepted. I did send an email to Muhammad and I think he did read it and got it going. Either way I got the impression that they are flooded with mod stuff and it just takes a week or so to get processed.

The PM to Muhammad was the right thing to do. The other moderators are not able to help with that. I know Muhammad has lots of irons in the fire and is pretty busy, but I'll bet he gets it taken care of before long.

PM was sent to Muhammed on 8/29. I guess I will just have to try to be patient!

I just got a response from Muhammed that will hopefully fix my brother up!

Now I just have to convince him to buy a 'Bota!
