- Belarus 825 & 8345, NH TS110, JD 4010 LP & Dsl, White 2-105, Oliver 1850, Ford 5000 dsl, MF 65 LP x 2 , JD 410 BACKHOE, CAT 112B Hoe, CAT 944 Loader, CAT 613 scraper, Cat D6 Dozer, Case 1150 Dozer, Case 930 Dsl, Case 930 LP,
Have a TS110 supposed to be a 2004 model. It has about 1800 hrs on it. Bought it at 1300 hrs. Serial is 183648B, model B110C5, Unit code 2C18B, Transmission 2C13B.
Has Red shuttle lever under steering wheel, no buttons on it. two levers at right side. High low range and 4x4 lever with 2 buttons for up and down shifting. Digital dash for transmission gears, has tachometer needle for RPM. I will get the hand on the book light sometimes when clutching, then I have to shut down and restart to make clutch and shifting work easily. Gear indicator does not work in low range. I cannot tell which sensor needs to be replaced when under the transmission. Don't want to replace both at $75 each. Clutch grabs when in low range and it is really a pain to inch when in low range. Can this trans self adjust with the proper procedure, or does it need the switch and connectors to calibrate. Can this equipment be bought by the individual, or is it a dealer only item??
I would like to keep this tractor in top shape, it is my baling tractor. I try to not use it for the really heavy work as plowing, but I have found it is more powerful than my 2-105 White with the Perkins turbo 354 engine.
I know there are some great technicians here and if you could tell me the procedure for the clutch calibration, I would be very appreciative.
I would rather not take this in to the dealer, as I cannot afford what they charge.. I have attached a picture of the serial plate, if my attaching worked...
