TSC 4th july sale coupon

I just received one of those 10% off coupons in the mail from TSC.. ( 4th july sale.. )

And i noticed in the small print now.. that the coupon is good for a max of 50$ off...

In the past it was 10%.. period.. I used one when i bought my 5' rotary mower a few years ago.

I was thinking about getting a 6' mower for the NAA and thinking that 10% off ( 65 bucks or so ).. might be the time to get it... But they shot that idea in the foot a little bit. Not that 50$ off is bad.. but... 65 would have been nicer.

Better check my mail. Thanks for the heads up Soundguy. $50 off is still a lot better than nothing off and with steel prices doing what they are I can't expect implements to get any cheaper in the future. Then there is the fuel costs to manufacture and transport the implement..... I think most things are about as cheap as they will be for some time.

Well except maybe trouble, it is always cheap to get into and expensive to get out of. Sort of like a marriage /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The mall in Enfield lists the TSC as a main anchor store as if it exists!!!

Hi Andy...good point, when is TSC ever going to open-up in New England?

Probably don't have a large enough market like the southern states. Their clothing line probably wouldn't do well in NE, but the tools, tractor parts, etc. may do well.

Wow.. we here in the south must have the monopoly on the stores. For instance.. from my house there are 3 stores within 45 minutes of my house. 1 of them is 15 minutes from my house.. and 5 minutes from my work.. the other is 30 min's etc.

I actually have access to 3 coupons in case I can think of three things i need... Both me and the wife got one ( don't know how they maintain seperate lists? credit card info? ).. and we got one at work that I can use.. as long as I pay off the implement on the company credit card that month...

Too bad they are only for a single item.. otherwise I could get a full oil change setup for my tractors and new belts all around.. perhaps a spare front tire or two.

I visited TSC in Leesburg, FL last Wednesday (6/23) the store was nice and there was a good selection of discounted items because the paint was a little faded. I sure wish they had a store here in the Northeast.

I didn't see anything in that store that would not sell here in the north, I believe the clothes they offered would even do well. I wonder what it would take to get a store in New England?

TSC was nice but I don't know how you people in the south survive that heat. This old northern boy's blood was much too thick to function long in the heat and humidity. I did hear one man say he didn't know if he could take another summer of heat, sounds like us northerners complaining about surviving one more winter of cold.
