TSC and chineses tractors

I hear that some TSC ( north america) are starting to carry some chinese tractors.

Any body know if this will be a trend in the south? And if so.. will they get the big ones?

I gotta tell you.. I know I take a ribbing for -not- being a chinese tractor owner.. But if i was ever to pull into TSC and see one of those good priced 80HP chinese jobs.. I might just have to burn up a credit card... Especially if the sticker mentioned anything about 'Air conditioning"..

Anyone in the know?

My 2 local TSC's carry some smaller 30hp-ish size tractors, branded "Minot" with Koyker FEL's, sunshades, and fender mounted radios. I have never seen any larger machines there...

It was my understanding that TSC did a test market at a number of sites last year, with Jinmas. I saw some on the lot at one of their VA locations. I have not seen any on the NY lots this spring. I don't know if they decided to go nationwide with the Jinma or not. I haven't heard anything about them carring the larger hp ones, like foton.

Not new. They actually started selling those rice paddy looking 18hp jobs back in the middle 90s. I doubt seriously that they'll ever get into the business of selling the big stuff that you're looking for.

C'mon up and visit me some day. Bring a trailer full of something to sell up here. Maybe you'll like that 82hp cab job that Rural King sells. That way you won't have to go back home with an empty trailer.

I just did a quick look over a Minot at my area TSC in Hudson, NY just last week. It was parked out front and just knew it was Chinese. Yes, its a Jinma. 30 HP 4 cylinder and 8/2 trans, no shuttle and no creeper, Ag tires & canopy.
The price was 14K with a Koyker 160 FEL which was a little high I thought but what the heck do I know. LOL.
The assembly looked decent to me but I did notice a fuel line touching the throttle linkage. (funny how us mechanics notice such things). Overall it looked good. Whether it'll sell I can't say. Time will tell.
