TSC Catalog?

Does TSC have a catalog? I saw on their website they don't do mail orders so I doubt they'd have a catalog. What's the "Blue Book" they mention on their site that can be picked up in the store? The nearest TSC is in Texas. I can look online at their products, but I'm still kinda old fashioned and like to look at things in print

Yeah, TSC does have a catalog, I picked one up the last time I was in the store in Salisbury, NC. The only problem is they only order when the computer says they are out. I wanted to pick up a gal. of Allis-Chalmers orange and looked the shelf over and none to be found. I asked a clerk if there was any in the back, I assumed there was some storage there, and was told they order when the computer shows zero stock, soit doesn't help much to have a catalog if they aren't going to have what the catalog shows they have. In the three TSCs in this area (Virginia/West Virginia), they usually have bins near the front door and at the end of the cash register isles with bins that are filled with the "Blue Book" catalog. It is pretty complete, and I think it is easier to use than their website.

The Blue book is an incredible help to a new tractor owner. It is much like a printed version of TBN. The current version is over 400 pages of good info, lots of pictures and PRICES. Do you want to learn about raising baby chicks?? Turn to page 40 and everything a city slicker DOESN'T know is there to learn. Page 41 is all about raising rabbits.

Here in Tyler TX, you have to ask for it from the cashier. They give them away, but keep them hidden under the counter.

Keep in mind that the catalog is for all the stores, but each store only stocks what they want. If you see something in the catalog, there is a possiblity that they don't carry it at the store. They will order it for you, but you'll have to pay shipping.

It's a fun catalog and definately rates right up there with my other bathroom reading material like Cabela's, Northern Tool, Home Depot and Lowes big book catalogs. hahahaha

And don't forget to mention that there are no prices in them, ya have to call and ask how much for that item.

My copy has prices on most of the items. ???? Only the big ticket items are not priced. These are typically items over $250 and those that weigh more than 100# For those, you have to go on the internet, type in your zip code and the local price will pop up.

Be reminded of the fact that it's a "crash course" in poultry farming they print.

Kind of reminds me of what my dad used to tell folks when I said he'd taught me everything he knows about farming. Dad would say "I taught you everything YOU know, NOT everything I know". I'm just now starting to appreciate what he meant.
