here is a new hitch from TSC seems to have the top link adapter.

I just bought a used one a couple years old anyway on Craigslist. Same paint job and all for $65. I have used it a couple times and had no problems. It has the same top link yoke adapter. Ted

Local dealer sells the same hitch, well, black and branded AGCO, for $219 with the bushings.
Top links & drawbars are cheaper too.
