TSC Top Link Stupid Question

I tack weld my handles in. I dont want them "flopping" back and forth

I was wondering how much racket it would make flopping.. But the bad news is JB Weld is as close as I can get to 'welding' anything LOL

I may just try and turn it so the handle runs from 12 to 6 oclock - should provide very little movement..

thanks for all the help.. the handle is now in stalled..
