Tune-Up List 2210D

I have a 2210D. Gotta get a tune-up. Anybody got a check list? Of course I'd appreciate the essential, routine stuff first, then any ideal, bigger budget stuff.

change fluids, filters. Check belt, adjust valves and decomp. Clean thermo start res. lube your zerks, FEL and 3 pt
that's about it
