Turbo for the RTV900?

I overheard someone at the local hardware store saying that there was an aftermarket turbo for the RTV 900. Does anyone know anything about this?

There is a turbo kit for the RTV, but it is designed to improve performance at high altitudes, not generally enhance performance at lower altitudes. Also, The emissions was reduced from 18.2% Peak Opacity down to an amazing 11.2%
