Two thumbs up to Wallace

Anyone who is considering buying a Kioti tractor would be wise to talk to Rick and Amy Wallace. I bought a CK30 TLB from Wallace in April of 2005 and they have stood behind the Kioti's from day one. I was concerned about the dealer since I live about 100 miles from Wallace. However, whether its been ordering filters, asking stupid questions, or more recently, replacing a faulty fuel gauge float assembly, Wallace has been truly professional and courteous. I wish all things in life were as easy!
Thanks to Wallace for selling great tractors and for being an outstanding dealer.

Other dealers take note: word of mouth is your best advertising, and it cuts both ways. I wonder how many additional tractors Rick Wallace has sold due to his reputation on here? Good job, Rick. Keep up the good work. But, don't hog all the business. We need a few more good dealers for the long term health of brand!

First day I used my tractor I had a problem with the lever to the loader... Not being able to get in touch with my dealer (help me now :confused2: ), I came on the board and the response was great. I live in Ma and Wallace stepped in to suggest the fix and made my new toy ok again. Can't thank them enough. I don't mind sharing it was a shock and made me a little concerned about Kioti's future. How they (Kioti) can let a dealer like Rick go, just makes me wonder if the rudder is broken on their ship.
