Hey KB, I'm getting an error message about an invalid attachment when I try and download. I have noticed that iPhone photos in live mode can't be uploaded properly in case this is the issue. I really appreciate you trying to get r done. Thank you!
Just tried, it opens when I click on it from a laptop.
