Buying Advice TYM 293HST TLB

Looking for information about a 2010 TYM 293 HST TLB. Is the backhoe frame mounted or is it mounted to the 3 point hitch? I have seen pics and they appeared to be mounted to the 3-point? Does anyone have one and what kind of success have you had with it?
Any specific issues or problems?

TYM sells only the frame mounted type. They often use the top link hitch yet but not the bottom arms. I would say it is better as it puts a little stress through the whole tractor not just on the back 3pt hitch. Most aftermarket (non TYM brand) are 3pt mounted as they want to make one unit for several brands and models.

Thanks, That is what I probably saw was the top links. I do not want a 3pt mount BH.

All the good backhoe manufacturers offer the subframe for their hoes to fit most tractors if you do not want it 3ph.Woods,Bradco,Ameriquip

I have one for my T273 and it is a subframe mounted one. It has worked well for me and been worth the cost for me. Mostly sits now days but when I need it, it is ready. Does not take long to mount once you get the hang of it. Does make your ground clearance a little less with the subframe being lower.

What brand did you get? I have been thinking of a back hoe for mine as well
