I changed a leaking hydraulic hose and after that my rear box won't go up or down with the operating lever but will when I raise and lower the front bucket. Any ideas?

Did you change one or two hoses?
Sounds like you now have the tank hose going to the 3pt, so the fluid from the loader cyl is going to the 3pt.
If you have PB, where is the flow going, to tank?
