Off to pick up a stump bucket and grapple this afternoon!! Excited to get a grapple, have heard nothing but good things about them. In the process of clearing land, so I imagine it will be and excellent tool in the arsenal. I did not have time to run over to my property to look at the coupling type and size on my loader so I make sure I get the right kind on the grapple. Can anyone tell me what they are? Dave? Would like to order my diverter kit today as well. Thanks in advance.

Can't help you with the fitting size (different FEL), but I look forward to hearing your review on your new grapple.

The grapple will plug into the diverter kit, not the existing loader circuits.

What you need there depends on what the diverter kit has (or what you put on it). The most common is 1/2" ag couplers, which are what's on the rear remotes if you have them.

I'm using hoses run from a third rear remote mounted on the fender to operate my grapple. I made a bracket that bolts on the loader arm to hold the couplers. I put one male and one female coupler there. That way when I take the grapple off I can plug it's hoses together and I don't get the hoses reversed when I connect the grapple.
