Thought some of you NH guys might like to see this - I stopped by my deale today to take a look at a few things and they had a TZ series tractor out on the lot with one of the new Woods Groundbreaker SubCUT backhoes mounted and ready to go. I had the camera so I took a bunch of pictures figuring somebody might want to see them.

pics might take a bit to load but I didn't want to cut down the quality

I took a few more pictures but attaching them means I have to cut down the quality -and inserting them into the thread means the page will take forever to download - for anybody who wants to take a look please go to New Holland TZ pictures - and all the pics I have will be listed.

I know that you want to maintain the quality of the pictures, but even with a cable hook up, it took over two minutes just to download the page. In addition to that, you cannot see the images without moving from side to side, they are just to large, cannot see the whole picture at once. Please attach instead.

Dumped my cache and checked the time to download it. Four minutes and ten seconds.

You're right - the size was a bit excessive. I cut down the pictures that are linked to in this thread to 200K each which still gives good quality but should speed the downloads quite a bit. If somebody wants to look at the originals they can grab them from my website directly at the link I posted. The originals are about 2MB each.

Huge picture files are great if you are going to print them. For viewing on a monitor, most people can not tell the difference between a 100k picture and a 2 meg picture.

Thanks for the photos. They were quite impressive. You've got a really good camera. I like the amount of detail it can get while keeping clear images. The "camera" I got is a joke. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I've said it before, but that little Woods hoe is quite impressive looking. When you were looking at it, did you notice at all how much the subframe on the hoe cut down on clearance on the New Holland?

I didn't think to get down and look under the tractor when I was taking the pictures. I did notice one thing when I was looking at the BX23 and the TZ with Woods BH side by side though - it did look like the Woods BH had a better clearance angle than the BX23 backhoe did - I think Kubota refers to this as angle of departure. This is a nice thing - I know I have gotten my BX23 backhoe wedged a couple of time on rocks and such and a little bit of extra clearance would have been nice. If I get back up there again I will check under the tractor and see what kind of clearance it has.

The camera I used to take the pictures was a Sony Cybershot DSC93 - one of the better Christmas presents I have gotten in recent years.

I was gonna get that model camera. I like the features. I guess I just couldn't bear to part with the money at the time. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
