TZ25DA doesn't go up hill in high gear

Hello all!
I just picked up an 08 NH TZ25DA (used 425 hours)

I noticed it can't go up hill in high gear. Low gear has enough power to go up a mountain. Is this normal? If it is, this is going to be a pain to mow my yard.

MY TC 26 DA doesn't like hills in high range (hydro) either. If I'm running at 2500 rpms or so it'll go up slowly, but that's about it.

Sounds pretty normal to me.

Should have added that the more expensive, larger tractors have 3 ranges, and we could use one in the middle, but what are ya gonna do?

High gear is intended for flat roads.
