ucc fee-dealers in pennsylvania

was at a pennsylvania kubota dealer yesterday, and i inquired about kubota financing. was told the ucc fee was $100.00. is that the standard rate in pennsylvania? thank you -shrek

That is what I was quoted when I checked into the kubota financing program.

That is the standard charge.I asked about what it is for exactly,and my dealer said "Rendell has alot of friends".But any way, when i bought a new B7610 3yrs ago it was the same charge.
But hey,i'm told if you buy a Mahindra or alot of other brand tractors it is more than that.Kubota is actually paying part of this crap.By the way,i'm in Pa. too.

I'm under the impression this is how Kubota registers that they own the tractor and you are paying for it since there is no title.

Yup... $100 it is. Thats the max that Kubota wil tack on. They cover any balance.
