That isn't a horrible looking machine, half a day with a die grinder and sander you could then prime it, paint it the next day and follow up with more coats and have it all done within a week pretty easily. Just paint the fenders blue when you do it, no removal required, no second paint color and minimal taping required on the whole machine.

There is so much grime and dried dirt and diesel fuel I dont know if I could get it clean enuff for the paint to stick,, i gonna paint the hood and fenders,,have them just about ready,,this is 3 pressure washings later,,it was so nasty when I first got u couldnt even touch it, i got to take to the back wheels off and reverse them,,its to wide to go on my trailer now

ain't so bad , it's easyer to work on without all that pesky Sheetmetal in the way.

Your 3910 looks like it is a series 2, according to the ROPS. If I was going to paint it I would go back to original paint scheme and decals, I think it will be worth more to you, or if you sell it, to the buyer. Just my opinion
