ULSD, is it required in new tractors

They make LSD up here still. When I talk with my fuel guy he told me that it (ULSD) gums up the toyo heaters. That is why they use LSD. That is what they told me. Oh, they also dont dye fuel up in alaska. Off road fuel or heating oil. The off road fuel is the same as what you buy at the pump but not taxed as much. Heating oil is #1 year round LSD with no tax.
