Yes, Had it out "the back" yesterday, knocking down old dead trees and pushing and piling limbs etc. Very exciting... So easy to run it...

Where is the snow? I have 10" on the ground here. Nice looking tractor. Have fun, err I mean work hard.

nothing! We had that crazy snow storm early November, power off for days etc, but since then... nothing... Actually, I am hoping for some cold nights so that the ground will freeze in the "back" because it is so wet up there, I am worried about getting stuck, or at least making crazy ruts...

But yes the tractor is great... knocking down old dead trees, pushing and piling... lots of easy fun clearing to do up there and then snow before long to move etc....

thanks for the note...

loaded for weight, right? and then turf, as I have lots of lawn that I will be working around and over and felt that turf would be the best fit?

maybe not?

I think you made a good choice. Turfs grip pretty good in the snow a blower leaves behind. If you needed more traction, a simple set of ladder chains would be a perfect compliment to the turfs providing an all around traction package.

Did you get your new B3350SU and if so how do you like it. I am looking at one for my first tractor for the same uses as you except snow. None here in Fl, but I will be tilling a large garden.

Thanks for any updates you have.

I did.... And it is so far great... A pleasure to drive/run, have knocked down old dead trees, moved firewood, snow blowed the driveway. Looking forward to many years of use! I think the size is a perfect fit for our use here around the house and land...

I can't think of any negatives at this point...

Beautiful! I think you will be happy with your turfs... I have had loaded R-4's on a bigger, heavier L3130, and you just couldn't drive it over lawn without leaving impressions. The larger contact area of the turfs helps with that, and they work great in snow. In ice, nothing will beat chains. My "new" L3400 has the Kubota pin adjustable stablizer arms, and I think they are a good addition if you don't already have them. The L3130 had them, and I got used to the quick and easy adjustments. I wish I had extendable link arm ends, but you can't have it all without paying for it.
