I have been looking for a two ton foldable shop (#35915) crane and I got a promo piece in the mail today that had a coupon for one for $179.99.
The "retail" price is listed at at $249.99 but they usually sell for $204.99 in the store.
Can I use my 20% off coupon on top of the $179.99 sale/coupon price I got today?

Earlier I called the store and they said I could but in searching this issue I'm not sure the person that answered the phone is correct.
It's a waste for me to drive over there and have a different person tell me something else.
Any ideas in this?

It will say on the coupon what you can use it on.I just read the back of mine and you should be good.

The HF here will not let you use 2 coupons. Almost sounds like you would be better off using the 20% one if the store is only charging $204.00. I did that awhile back on the one ton, the 20% worked out better than the "super coupon". Works nice for getting heavy stuff out of the truck bed.

Every time I have gotten any of their coupon books, the prices match what is marked in the store with no need for the coupon. So I just buy it and use the 20% off coupon. Call them and ask what the current price is on what you want.

The last time i tried to use a 20% coupon i couldnt because they had a disclaimer sign (not on the coupon that i could find) out that said items on 'super special/savings/something like that' cant be combined with a coupon..

To be really honest, before they started restricting the coupons so much I would go in quite frequently and buy stuff.. Now I hardly ever go in there anymore because I cant figure out when I can use a coupon.. AND only allowing one coupon per day/person is not worth the trip..

even the 'free' stuff now has a 'spend x amount' to get it free restrictions.. WHICH make me wonder.. if i use my 'free coupon' is that my one coupon for the day??

i also believe you will not be able to use a super coupon price and a 20%.. many times the store prince with a 20% beats the super coupon though..

That turns out to be how it works for me.
The shop crane engine hoist "retails" for $249 although I have never seen that price.
It's on "sale" in the store for $209 which is probably the regular price. The "super coupon" price is $180.
But--if I would pay the store price of $209 less the 20% coupon I have, it works out to a cheaper price of $167
which is cheaper that the "super sale' coupon of $179. Besides, it will eventually show up at a $149 sale price.

So, while I would like one of these, $167 plus tax is more than I feel like spending on one of those since they usually action for $75-$100 around here.
It's not the price, and I'm not really a cheapskate, so much as the moving target of coupons.
